Our Practice
My experience enables me to offer effective and individualized psychotherapy. I treat a number of mental health conditions and provide a safe space for individuals and families to travel through their unique journey. I use various modalities, including CBT, motivational interviewing, cognitive restructuring, behavior modification and solution focused brief therapy and Exposure Response Prevention for the treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder to help clients reach their goals.

What we offer
At By Your Side Counseling, We provide individual or family psychotherapy in 60 minute sessions. We also complete an initial assessment on your first visit to gather information on your unique situation.

Out of pocket fees
Don't have behavioral healthcare coverage or want to maintain your privacy? No problem, 60 minute psychotherapy sessions can be paid for out of pocket. Price is $140.00 but can also be on a sliding scale if the situation permits.
